By accessing or using the Tournito platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. The service
Tournito provides a tournament and league management ad operations platform for sports organisations. The platform is provided on a subscription basis under an organisation licence for teams and clubs using the platform.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@tournito.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems, uploading harmful content, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
5. Data ownership
All data you input into the Tournito platform remains yours. Tournito does not claim ownership of your organisation's data and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tournito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or a prominent notice in the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in specific contract terms.
